πŸŽ‰ Mount And Blade 2 Caravan Not Making Money

Caravans are WAY too fast. It's virtually impossible to catch caravans, they reach top speeds of 6.4 or more!! How the heck are they so fast, with all the crap they are hauling? Only way to catch them is if you aren't already at war with the faction OR get lucky and corner them somewhere. Last edited by Conde ; Apr 7, 2020 @ 9:49am. If they loose guards to bandits they again have to higher more guards (highering cost money). If the caravan is spending a lot of money highering new guards they arent buying new goods. So make sure you start your caravan in a city with low prices so they can sell high, and of course wont get attacked by hoards of bandits right out of the first I started a second caravan with a companion with 0 trade skill. Immediately, my first caravan stopped making money and the new one was pulling in 1200/day somehow. Then all the goods in the game tanked in price. Grain for 6 gold everywhere. My caravans were pulling in money still but I couldn't trade for a profit with my main character. It is possible you caravan is bug'd or some other new problem though, so keep an eye on it and if it really never earns anything make a report with a .sav file. I found caravans are the most profitable, but if you really want a business I would go for smithy. Not sure if it matters but I usually try to get them in towns with high prosperity. #1. mooosin Apr 1, 2020 @ 4:36am. get a business, then a caravan, when i had just a caravan it was making 400-500 a day max, but as soon as i opened a business the This is a quality of life mod to allow the adjusting of troop wages up or down. It is done via troop tiers as well as for troops with horses and mercenaries. Can also modify Garrison and caravan wages. Also allows adjusting cost for recruits, as well as upgrade costs for player and player clan members. All multipliers are split for player. Share. If you assigned a companion to a town as a caravan and they get captured then released you have to pay the large price AGAIN to establish a caravan in the SAME TOWN you just established that companion before they got captured. But not before you go pick up their sorry a** from bumb f**k nowhere across the map in a settlement that is owned by the enemy. How much extra money do you make with a skilled Trader running the caravan? Because I have some caravans lead by people with 0 trader skill making like 2-3k a day. :p Not many, I think it's 15% extra at best. I've had my caravan for at least 2 in game weeks and it has yet to make more than 400 a day. My daily troopy cost alone is 350, and the cost for the caravan is 250. I'm losing money every damn day and my caravan is doing nothing. I'll see 2+ weeks of making 0 on a caravan though. Sometimes they'll rake in 400-700/day (seen a peak of 950) for a bit and drop off. So pretty hit-and-miss on a daily basis, but I certainly make money. Though 1 caravan hit a bandit patch and finally lost a battle. Never pay for upgraded caravans. All that extra 7.5k does is upgrade a few caravan guards to veteran caravan guards. It doesn't increase the caravan size or anything else. Just not worth it. The other thing, they might be attacked by looters, but once the battle commences, every bandit group in the area will pile in. I am a noob, just having fun and trying not to get to the fief thing, itΒ΄s too freaking complicated. Anyway, after getting around 40-60 decent troops I started escorting caravans, by far my biggest money maker. In my last run I visited 4 cities including the end target, in each I was lucky to find a tournament. That in conjunction with 40 raiders loot x 4 + prisoners I made a whole heck a lot .
